Moon Cycle

I call my menstrual the Moon Cycle. I honor and respect my womb aand felt she needed a more positive name.  Many wombym ovolate around the time of a wanning moon. Therefore, MoonCycle is her name.  When our beloved MoonCycle greets us, she is cleanising our bodies. Shedding waste that we did not use and preparing us for future pregnancies. At times this may be a beautiful, yet painful journey. If you are experiencing pain during your MoonCycle, it could be because of the diet you are eating. When our bodies or cleansing we suffer from a lack of hormonal imbalance. I suggest you try to eat a more vegetarian diet full of legumes such as black beans, soybeans etc. Legumes have a natural source of phytosterols, which help to maintaining our hormonal balance, reducing, pms and blood _clots.

Below is a list of natural herbs most of which you can grow in a small garden. These herbs will also help your womb maintain her balance. You may infuse these herbs together as a tea or alone. Alpha, red clover, chinese angelica, strawberry. Black Cohosh is used in Asia very commonly to reduce Moon cycle complaints. I personally eat  lots of red vegetables and fruits and teas while on my beloved Moon Cycle to help cleans my blood.

Your womb also need to move. I suggest belly dancing to reduce cramps and get the blood flowing. Any type of exercise will be beneficial.

Remember to always have a POSITIVE OUTLOOK AND ENERGY regarding tough situations. Thoughts are matter and have energy and intention. If you love and sing to your womb, feed there the right foods, she will be good to you.

*I am not a doctor, just a woman who is healing herself thrugh natural herbs and medicine, if you have any allergies please take heed*. I am just sharing with you my journeys.

42 Laws of Maat

Ma'at is the Egytptian Goddess of the Principle Balance, Truth and Order. She is also associated with the astrological sign Libra. Libra represents the scales. The scales weigh rightousness vs chaos.  Maat is also represented by a peacock feather. Some say that when your flesh dies your spirit is weighed Ma'at and your spirit is judged. Where the spirit I assume is up to what you believe. These idea of Ma'at were written to help guide us to live a more peaceful and respected journey in this realm. I hope you enjoy and share this.
